When you’re having a full blown stress attack, it’s hard to
figure out the cause. It’s usually easier to resort to
medications or herbal remedies just to get some immediate
relief. However, being hasty will lead to only temporary
results and the stress will return when the medication
wears off.
Being able to control your stress allows you to be in
charge of your life. You’ll be able to cope with your
problems and avoid the stressors in your daily life. Here
