The word ’sales’ is rapidly approaching something fossilized, 50’s, that wonderful thing our favorite uncle did when we were kids. Words like engaged, immersed, connected to the thread, the solution, the results of someone’s passion about something that helped their life are words that begin to describe effective sales processes today.
